The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality provides an email subscription service to make it easier for you to learn about updates on the topics that interest you.

With this service, you can password-protect your subscriptions and preferences, change your email address, or remove yourself by accessing your Subscription Preferences page. Be sure to save your changes, and look for a confirmation via email verifying the updates you make.
